Education
- Has a BA (Hons.) in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham, UK.
Career Highlights
- Worked with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for nearly four years to 1992.
- Joined UK Communication and Change Consultancy Smythe Dorward Lambert in 1993 becoming Partner in 1999.
- Set up Steve Cartledge Consulting in Western Australia in 2004.

- Steve Cartledge is accredited in OCI, OEI, LSI, L/I and CSSS (Organisational Culture Inventory, Organisational Effectiveness Inventory, Life Styles Inventory, Leadership Impact and Customer Service Styles, administered by Human Synergistics) and is experienced at deploying these tools to measure/diagnose cultures and individual personal style and effectiveness. He has used these within major culture change interventions and coaching conversations within several organisations over the last few years.
